About

Using both traditional and modern clay and illustrative techniques, Nina handcrafts each of her pieces to be used decoratively and/or functionally. She takes her inspiration from the countryside she grew up in, and the sea she lives behind in Kent. Regularly focusing in on marine life and conservation stories. Running small group workshops from her home studio, Nina encourages each of her students to let their imagination run wild with each piece they craft.

Previously she studied BA (Hons) Illustration and Animation at UCA, Canterbury, graduating in 2018. She was then lucky enough to win a scholarship to study and Edinburgh College of Art, MA Illustration -  currently about to start her third semester studying from home due to the pandemic.

Nina is available for both illustration and ceramic projects.
